• As senior photojournalist he was staff member for cultural magazine, Uj Tukor.
• As photo editor he edited Buvar magazine specialized on nature and environment.
• He has lectured at the School of Journalism in Hungary at the Independent School of
Journalists, and has been a guest lecturer of photography at La Paz University and New York
University.
• As a designer he has designed several books, brochures, annual reports, newsletters and
websites.
• As art director he managed Herald Kiadó Publishers in Hungary. Herald was the winner of a
competition for creating the corporate identity for the Budapest Stock Exchange. (Clients were
among others Budapest Stock Exchange, Gedeon Richter pharmaceutical company, National
Science Foundation, Hungarian Academy of Science, Tetra Pak Hungary, Graphisoft.
• As author of photo books he has published twelve photo books. W.W. Norton in USA
published his latest book New York.
• He has curated the World Press Photo exhibitions to Budapest and the first Capa Brothers
Robert and Cornell Capa show in Europe.
• As artist he has got several awards, including Pulitzer Memorial Award, Alexander
Rodchenko Prize, World Press Photo and Balazs Bela Prize. He has had more then sixty one-man
photo exhibitions in Austria, Bolivia, Italy, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Denmark, United States.
